In another twist to Warhawk?s release format, Sony has confirmed that the game will be both downloadable and sold through retailers as a full retail Blu-ray game. 1UP contacted SCEA for the clarification regarding the release format. Sony confirmed the dual release format. However, it is not known if there will be difference between the downloadable version and the Blu-ray version. Also, the pricing of the formats are still unknown. 1up is speculating that downloadable version could be offered as bare minimum to play online as opposed to loaded Blu-ray version. I hope that Sony doesn?t go this route and release two fully loaded games via either the download or Blu-ray.
