UK Unreal Tournament 3 Release Date
Midway have finally finalised the release date for Unreal Tournament 3 in the UK.
Well, if you really want to know, I’ll tell you - 22nd February. Finally, we’ll be able to get hold of the the first user-moddable console game.
For the 2 or 3 who don’t know what Unreal Tournament 3 is; it’s an arcade (that is, non-realistic) FPS that is centred almost exclusively around multiplayer online combat. The action is fast paced, adrenaline fueled and it looks fantastic. The single player is simply the multiplayer but against bots, which is useful for practicing (and getting used to the controls), but the game is Multiplayer based, and the series is known for that.
And it’s the first console game to allow user-created mods, which could/probably will be revolutionary. So, get ready to ride the Redeemer in 18 days.

This is exciting stuff, been looking forward to this for a while, and the user-modable bit is just icing on the cake.
Bought this game in the UK in January.
There was a shop in Leeds that had a couple from the USA.
Very good tho’ I have only played on single player.
