Ubisoft details Assassin’s Creed II DLC

Our friends at Ubisoft have been kind enough to relinquish additional information concerning the two Assassin’s Creed II downloadable content packages planned for next year, so we thought we’d spread the word.
‘The Battle of Forli’ is expected towards the end of January, priced at $3.99 (European pricing TBC). Ezio joins forces with Machiavelli and Caterina Sforza in six new missions (one featuring Leonardo’s underused flying machine) to fight off the Orsi brothers, and prevent the Templars from obtaining a Piece of Eden.
‘Bonfire of the Vanities’ will follow a month later, priced at $4.99. A previously inaccessible area of Florence is the setting; a monk named Savonarola is the target. Our nimble 15th century protagonist will be tasked with assassinating Savonarola and his clique over 10 new missions, and will acquire a new ’spring jump’ ability in the process.
Both packages will arrive in 1GB portions, so you might need to clean out your console’s hard drive prior to purchase. But with all the content you’ll be getting for less than $10 are you really going to complain?
