The justice has been served on the PS3 shooting in Putnam, Connecticut

On the day of Sony”s the highly anticipated PS3 launch, a man was shot and wounded while waiting for PS3 at a local Walmart store. Two gun man showed up at the Walmart store demanding cash from people who were standing in line for PS3. Michael Penkala had around $2500 in his wallet and refused to give up his money which lead to him getting shot. The Boston Globe recently reported that 20 year old man, one of the robbers, was arrested early Tuesday morning. Furthermore, an arrest warning was issues to a 17 year old second suspect.
State police arrested William J. Robertson shortly before 4 a.m. Tuesday on several charges including attempted murder and robbery. He was being held on $1 million bond pending arraignment in Danielson Superior Court.
Michael Penkala is still recovering from his wound. At an event like this, retailer should have provided some sort of security to those who are camping over night to avoid potential loss in business or litigations.
