Stranglehold will miss its original release date on PS3, and instead arrive three weeks later on September 17.

The Xbox 360 and PC editions will still be released on August 27.

Although game delays have been a common occurence since the PS3’s launch, this one may be a little more frustrating. Stranglehold on PS3 is arguably the superior version as it comes packaged with John Woo’s Hard Boiled movie, remastered in high definition.
