It’s been reported by GamePro contributor Ben PerLee that Konami Digital Entertainment’s PSP title Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker might reach the PS3, obtainable via the PlayStation Store.

During a Peace Walker ‘Boot Camp’ press event, Konami held a Q&A session with its audience to get their thoughts and ideas about the upcoming MGS entry. “Other than the basics,” PerLee explains, “they asked what we thought about if they released it on PSN for the PS3 as well and had online multiplayer."

Ok, it's not uncommon for videogames developers to ask journalists questions with no related agenda, but maybe this is proof that a PS3 version is a consideration – or at least has been.

With any luck, an official announcement (or denouncement, as the case may be) will arrive closer to Peace Walker’s release next month. Stay tuned.
