Rumour: Metal Gear Solid 4 Trophy Support? This Looks Promising…
Here’s a tasty little discovery for you readers out there. Whilst browsing the news published by PSU about a ‘new trophy gamercard system’ from Playfire.com, it came to my attention that one screenshot featured contained a hidden surprise.
Take a look at the image detailing Playfire’s future plans for their service: it clearly displays a progress bar for MGS4 trophies. Take this rumour as you wish, but to me this appears legit (and hopefully so!). Nothing has been confirmed as of yet but I find it interesting that they use MGS4 to fill the space (when Super Stardust HD was an obvious option) and also, look at the other games that are being used as the backgrounds for the gamer cards – they all have confirmed trophy support.

This is not ‘rumour’ worthy. Think about it. We OWN Playfire.com AND PSU. If we had ANY inside info why would we not break that news ourselves on PSU?
Well it was a nice thought, I think it is obvious that it is merely a representation…
the trophies have no name, it is also 31/34 like PixelJunk Eden (one of those 2 would be wrong as a normal game would have more trophies then a downloadable I think).
Nice thought, like I said, but I hope Konami does release something.
Guys, I can clearly read that there are no names on the trophies. I was merely speculating on what appeared to be a step in the right direction that everyone has been waiting for. As I have said previously, there are two slots to fill. Why did they not not fill those two slots with throphy confirmed games, when the actual point of the gamercard is to show off your trophies?
Maybe Playfire and PSU (or the one company as I have been told!) is only trying to confuse us, but I just can’t get my head around why one of these games weren’t in it’s place:

Sorry if this post upset any of you guys, confusion still hangs in my head and it will remain there until Konami release a statement about their plans for implementing an update. What I will do though, is edit the title to a more appropriate one.
On the pictures it says 43 bronze trophies, 43 silver, 43 gold and 43 platinum. That must mean that there was only one bronze, one silver and one gold trophy in a whole game. Fake.
also under trophies it says 375. and there is 43 of each trophy type. which adds upto 172 not 375. but more importantly i want pain patched now!!!! i got 10 trophies from stardust already nearly at level 2 :0)
When u look at the right side it says: last trophyt attained: completed metal gear 4
It has to mean something

Wow you guys are idiots..thats clearly fake..i am an employee at SCEA and I assure you that when and if we deliver trophies for Metal Gear Solid 4 that you guys will have them at the same moment that Playfire does..
