Update: It seems to be working fine now. The link below hasn’t been updated yet, though, so there may still be problems for some of you, but it’s working fine for us.

If you downloaded the Multiplayer Demo of Red Faction when it released today, and then you proceeded to try and play the demo because, well, that’s what you do with demos, you’ve probably noticed that it doesn’t work. It just continues to search for servers. Indefinitely. 

Well, the developers are aware of it and are currently working on it. You might not be able to play the demo right now, but at least you know that you will be able to soon. We’ll update this post with more information when they update that post with more information, if you get what we mean…

    I played all night as well. Didn’t have any problems. Grabbed the EU version of the Demo and played it on my US account.

    Actually it does work. Just restart it, or try joining the servers again. It’s a bit buggy that’s for sure. I also tried multiplayer hosting which worked even better.

    Try playing the one from Asia server, no problems with finding servers. Btw the game was not has what I expected to be. Very disappointed.

    It’s definitely still on there. Go to the A-Z listing of PS3 games, Q-S, and it’s the 9th icon.
