PS3 Video Store Goes Live

SCEA announced today at E3 that the Video Store on the PS3’s PSN will go live tonight, with streaming, previews and the ability to download content to both PS3 and PSP at the same time.
We’re not too sure whether it goes live in America only, or whether it includes the EU store too. We can only hope…

Im VERY doubtful europe will see this, we are getting playtv but honestly and im sure im not alone in saying this id rather have the download service.
Im sure we will get it in time though, but europe is alot harder to do because of all the different rating systems etc etc, but when they can make money off it they will.
I just hope, that if we get the download service too, we will get the movies and series with the original language and not the bad synchronized versions.
Most probably be much like how the Xbox 360 movie download/rent service became available. It took quite some time before europe got it.

I connected myself yesterday to the us-store but did not see the video section, is there something else you must do other than opening the store?
The latest console tech like the PS3 is the “creme de la creme” of all console we have yesterday and today. IMHO, PS3 is way better than Wii or XBox 360.
