PS3 pays OJ Simpson $50,000
TheStreet reports that infamous football star O.J. Simpson received $50,000 from Take-Two for the rights to use his likeness in All-Pro Football 2K8 for the PS3 and Xbox 360. Interestingly, however, Simpson will not be getting any of the money from the deal as a Los Angeles judge has ordered him to relinquish the payment to the Goldman estate, the murder victim.
Most interesting is the fact that the deal with Take-Two states that in a renewed deal Simpson would receive another $50,000 for the use of his likeness for another two years. The publication has more on the contract where Take-Two separated the included football legends into groups, with variable pay for each tier of players.

Seems kind of risky to me
PS3 is what operates the game, and I'm sure Take-Two is most likely by Sony. A little on and off the subject, O.J. has been getting a lot of attention lately, I wonder why?
Why does it say PS3 pays OJ Simpson? Shouldn't it say Take-Two? This makes PS3 look like the collaborator.
