i own a ps3 and a 47″ 1080p full hd television. i can assure you, ghostbusters is in full 1080p, and is a fantatstic game loyal to the fans. besides, dan akroyd is IN th game, and who doesn’t think bill murry is funny? each to his own, but i definitly say get it and play it. true fans of the ghostbusters will indeed enjoy it .

i love my ps3, but! between this ghostbusters crap(which i’ve checked out displays at store) and the gut punch from socom (ps3 exclusive/ prelude to m.a.g.) my budget for games/blu-ray vids has shrunk! there really isn’t much worth buying thats touted at 1080p (truth be told w/o 50″ and min 120mhz its all 720 at best) and w/ms (who suck at most everything) getting into the dream a dream biz (natal). if any two of g.o.w., eyepet, uncharted, gt5, is not in my hands by april 2010…….! where’s the synergy? bring playtv and vidzone to u.s. to coincide w/psp go, COME ON! sorry, for cryin fellas

a DVD can play in HD, even in 720p, but all it means is you will be able to fit less GAME in a disc, so maybe the game will be in two discs, or the game will be quite short or something. Also, the need for blu-ray is so you don’t watch in 720p, you get a big FULL HD TV and watch in 1080p! 1080p PWNS ALL
