PS3 Fallout 3 DLC Release Dates…Again
As Gamoc reported way back in May, the PS3 was meant to be getting Fallout 3 DLC in late June. It never appeared.
DLC has been out for PC and Xbox 360 for months now and even got a few releases on physical media but nothing for PS3. For months now I, like many others, have had to endure PC & 360 owning friends regaling me with their experiences of the new content but soon that’ll end as we get the chance to catch up.
The new dates are that the Playstation store will see ‘Broken Steel’ on the 24th of September. The following week (October 1st) we’ll get ‘Operation Anchorage’ and ‘The Pitt’. Then finally the week after (October 8th) will see the last DLC of ‘Point Lookout’ and ‘Mothership Zeta’ released.
Now I think its time to sit down and relax with a Nuka Cola & tip your hat in appreciation to TheSixthAxis who reported the news.

Cool feature, but thanks to this new upgrade, i cant get in Arlington Library, everytime i try, the game freezes….
good thing, iv had enough of having nothig better to do than go back and fourth between raider camps
I thought this was all done and dusted, that we PS3 owners were not getting DLC or a game of the year type edition. I’ve just finished council-ling over that hole saga. Didn’t Bethesda even make a statement to clarify that there was nothing extra for PS3. Where does this stuff come from?
Uh, this isn’t conjecture or wishful thinking, this is real, true and concrete. PS3 is getting the Fallout 3 DLC. There’s no two ways about it.
renegade808 Bethesda did at one point say that they were not going to give downloadable content but this was sometime ago, and its been delayed repeatedly while they get use to programing for the PS3.
Gamoc, I must say – the site’s been getting a lot of hits lately! Kudos, is this due to any marketing ploy somewhere? :p

its still not out even tho its 24th september for fuck sake
I really really wish I hadn’t traded FO3 ! I’ve played some great games but it has to be my all time top game..well so far. Looks like I got to reinvest, but then there’s Assassins 2 , FF XIII and looks like plenty more on the horizon.

Only in the “English Territories” i.e. United Kingdom, they neglected to mention that little note. Sadly I do not live in the UK, but in the US, so as you can imagine im pretty ticked about it.
well what do ya know…as soon as I posted that last comment they released it for PSN US….
