This shouldn’t come as any surprise, considering the PS3’s dominance over the Xbox 360 in Japan, but according to sales figure, the PS3 version of Devil May Cry 4 has outsold the Xbox 360 version by almost five to one in Japan.

The title managed to shift an extremely impressive 140,000 copies on PS3 on its first day in stores, compared to the far less impressive 30,000 copies sold on the Xbox 360.

The game launches in Europe on February 8, and in the US tomorrow, February 5.
