PlayStation Home Beta Updated (Again)
It’s been a long and sometimes torturous road but Home has moved one step closer to reality. The 0.8.6 version of the Beta was recently released and we have the details on the new features.The main new feature is the Media and Events Space. This feature, available only for a limited time now, is designed to allow community interaction with publishers seeking more direct interaction with PS3 gamers. Sony will be one of the first to use this feature (go figure) to showcase events like PlayStation Day as well as live presentations and presumably demos.
Yes, we know, Home is still a ways away but with features like this, it will blow Xbox Live out of the water. We just wish they’d get on with it already…Stay tuned for all the latest news about Home.
