Nintendo Wii out selling PS3 7 to 1 in Japan

According to Punchjump:
Nintendo Co.’s Wii outsold Sony Corp.’s Playstation 3 by more than 7-to-1 in the latest retail sales figures from Japan.
Media Create Co. on Fri. reported that the Wii sold 77,913 units between Apr. 16 and Apr. 22. By comparison, the PS3 sold, 11,000 units in the same period.
In addition, Wii software ranked in four positions in the top 50 game sales for the week, including the No. 1-seller Super Paper Mario at 144,192 units sold in its debut week.
