Splinter Cell

Ubisoft registered the domain called www.splintercelldoubleagent.com on October, 2005 and following month on November 10th, they registered “Splinter Cell Double Agent” with the U.S Patent and Trade Mark
office.

An unofficial fansite splintercelldoubleagent.net reports that:

So far no official announcements has been made about the name, but the next installment of the popular Splinter Cell series is scheduled for release during spring of 2006 on current and next generation consoles as well for PC. SplinterCellDoubleAgent.net / SplinterCellDA.com is the first unofficial fan site for the game. Keep your eyes peeled on this website for the latest news, screenshots, videos and everything else pertaining to the first Splinter Cell for next-gen consoles!

This is a great news for PS3 fans who are eagerly waiting for next installment of popular Splinter Cell series.
