You might remember that, back in October, we published a post concerning multiplayer-related downloadable content for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. As per Naughty Dog Creative Director Amy Hennig, a wealth of exciting additions to the game’s competitive online element, maybe new maps or new characters, will with be with us before the end of the year.

Well, according to a recent tweet from Naughty Dog, we might be just days away from an official announcement – or, even better, the DLC itself:

‘Things are looking up that we’re going to have something quite awesome lined up for multiplayer at the end of this week.’

Whether this ‘something quite awesome’ will come at a price, no one knows, but you can bet your bottom dollar it’s going to be excellent.
