MotorStorm 2 QORE Demo Is From An Old Build

Sony can be strange sometimes, although there must be reasons behind their methods. Here, we have some comparison pictures between how MotorStorm 2 is looking now (the one on the left), and how it appears in the QORE demo (the one on the right). Supposedly, the QORE demo is the same one that was shown at E3 2008, so that makes it a few months old.

Take a look for yourselves, noting the difference in vegetation, shadows, and lighting:

Don't forget there was a delay in getting this up for Qore subscribers. They probably had to roll back to an earlier version to get it out the door.

Damn if the latest build doesn't look awesome!~

What is the point here? The newer build looks a lot nicer. What am I looking for that is strange?
