That’s right. EA and DICE have confirmed that the demo for their new parkour-influenced conspiracy thriller will be on the PSN today (as in Oct 30th).

The game has received a lot of attention due to the unique styling and first person perspective. Having had a quick go myself recently, its certainly going to be worth a look. The game is all about momentum: the faster you move the more you can do. The inclusion of a “speed times” option in the full release will also be a major hook for perfect lap perfectionists.

Although a little disorientating at first, you very quickly get into the motion of running full pelt across the rooftops. One thing I’d need to see more of is the combat mechanic, although without the aid of a tutorial I wasn’t able to try out some of the disarm techniques Faith has at her disposal.

It’s out today so go download it now. Just remember: don’t look down.
