Mass Effect 2 PS3 Rumours Get Kickstarted Again

Mass Effect Banner

It's been a while since we reported on the Mass Effect series and it's meeting the PS3 for tea and biscuits, so we're going to rectify that at some point.

Actually - let's do it now! Bioware's Jay Watamaniuk let slip recently in a presentation at Poznan Game Arena that Mass Effect 2 will be coming to PC, Xbox 360 and 'probably PS3'. He then defaulted to the stock 'we don't comment on rumours and speculation' when pursued on the subject, which keeps this firmly lodged in rumours.

However, this clearly means that any of those slightly shifty looking PS3 owners that have been carrying around a glimmer of hope that they could get some kind of Mass Effect out of their wonderful Sony-branded black box can now justify that hope. Indeed, they can even increase it, it looks more likely by the day. Cross your fingers/toes/hearts/tentacles.
