Map Pack 4 for World at War: 'Confirmed' by Treyarch
At last the rumours, conjecture and guesswork can cease - or can they? According to Product Reviews, Treyarch has confirmed that there will be a fourth Map Pack for Call of Duty: World at War.
On October 25th, a sole Nazi Zombies map entitled ‘Gebiet 51’ (Area 51) will be available to purchase from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and the PlayStation Network. New features include the 'Sophia Machine' which, when activated, summons the spirit of Dr Maxis’ daughter who will temporarily aid you in disposing of the persistent undead hordes. Players will also have the option to upgrade traps, in hope that this might improve their chances of survival.
But wait a minute: October 25th is a Sunday. Since when was DLC released on a Sunday? Could this be a mere typographical error, or should we be questioning the legitimacy of Product Reviews' article?
It looks like we’ll have to file this under rumour for the time being.
Update: Treyarch's Community Manager Josh Olin has, via Twitter, commented that Product Reviews' article is misinformed, as we suspected. Thanks Josh.

It will be coming out for Black ops not WAW 1. Black ops is out 2.They used Call of the Dead in Map pack 2 witch was a WAW going to be map. 3. There is a freaking map of Area 51 in Black ops.

im not gonna get back on here cuz this is just sad, i googled map pack 4 cuz i went back to an old zombies vid and somebody mentioned it, but just cuz u guys found numbers that add up to thrusdays doesnt mean anything, thats like saying "oh well the game is modern warfare 3, which is the number 3 which is a monday in this month, oh my god that has to be what it means" how do u know that wasnt a coincidence or a prank, theres no way they could be sure anyways, they could easily have ran into a problem and never released it, and how do u know it wasnt supposed to be last year it it was a date, just give up and PLAY zombies rather than check this thing everyday hoping for news

I think its going to be on this October of this year, 2010. Though thru some blogs on the net, I found other ideas about the map pack coming out in June, 2010. Though I think Infinity Ward (IW), are in a position of vulnerability of trust. Because of the massive glitches it had since MW2's release. I think its a great opportunity for Treyarch to release the new NAZI ZOMBIES map pack followed by their newly upcoming release of Call Of Duty: Black Ops. Notice that they have "Call of Duty" on their title of the game unlike MW2. In my opinion Treyarch are on lead, they have to have a hard eye on those glitches to patch up, before the game releases. They wouldn't want to fail as much as IW did.
So treyarch is releasing map pack4. We can speculate it coming out this month due to the4 numbers found inder reise.3 10 17 24. Those numbers are all Thursdays in this month, which is when the ps3 network gets updated right? Just trying to put together thisbs puzzle. Treyarch have been giving a date for the new cod7 ( call of duty black ops ) When tryarch released the video showing a secret coded message, people were lead to belive of a new map pack for The Nazi Zombies, But as they are currently working on Call of duty Black ops, the nazi zombies could be returning on black ops, gona have to wait till 09/11/2010 to find out, also check out the official call of duty webite to see the Teaser trailer on callofduty.com/blackops

this doesnt mean there is a map pack 4 but treyarch will be back with another game 'like' zombies, and it will be its own game. for example if it was zombies it would be called nazi zombies, but its not zombies, it is a defence game with weapons on walls and random weapons and waves of "enemys"

The map pack 4 will be released on June 10th exactly 7 months after the release of Modern Warfare 2. This is because of the calander in map pack 3 showing the dates (blank) 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th, this is my answer.
