Absolutely sure? I think, if someone uses the Good Grief thing the level is removed until it's moderated either way. It's an evil but it's a necessary one, unfortunately. They're working on a way to give reasons for moderation, they just don't have it yet. Remember, this is a brand new idea that's never been done before, it's going to have some problems.
