Insomniac Reveal Resistance 2
Insomniac have revealed some information on Resistance 2 – which I guess is going to be released before christmas at the end of this year. It’s going to be set in the USA this time, after Hale crash lands in Iceland, of all places.
There’ll also be an 8 player online co-op mode, AND a squad based SIXTY player online battles. Yeah, 60 players, with lobbies for each squad (4-8 players) and classes, like medics, heavy gunners and special ops.
Levels have randomized sections, meaning that everytime you play, certain areas of the map will be different, and the boss fights will, supposedly, revolutionize FPS boss fights. Also, there’ll be the obligatory additions, like new weapons, vehicles and enemies.
So, it sounds interesting to me. HUGE multiplayer battles are always fun!
