Help PS3Vault at No Cost to You

Thank you so much for your willingness to help us bring you more reader contests with free swag, site features, fewer ads and other exciting updates. Please bookmark this page and add it to your browser toolbar and when you’re going to shop online at any of the merchants listed below, use the links below to direct a portion of the sales amount to our site account. Note, you must visit the sites using the links below rather than bookmark the page they take you too. That’s the only way we’ll receive credit.

Do you know someone else who shops online? Do your parents/kids/friends? If so, please send them this link or even better, just set it up for them in their bookmarks and ask them to use it. Is there a merchant you shop at that’s not listed below? If so, post it in the comments and we’ll see if they’ll work with us.

A portion of the money raised, where allowable, will be donated to charities that help disadvantaged children gain access to life changing technology. Thanks again! – PS3Vault Staff

  1. Ahhh balls, I just made an order with Amazon around £100 but I checked this too late… Sorry guys, next time I’ll be sure to inform friends/family about this to help you people out! :)

  2. Sorry, I also meant to ask, how does this work exactly…?

  3. @Anti-Flame – basically if you use those links, the site gets credit for the sale and a small commission. It’s not much but if enough people do it, we can have more contests, etc. Also, the hosting is expensive (we’re on a 8 core, 8GB, 3 TB server) and I just upgraded the connection from 2MB to 10MB so we can do more. So any and all help is much appreciated.

    Thanks!

  4. so when we buy something from them links, some of it is donated 2 charity?

  5. James, unfortunately Amazon does not allow any publisher (i.e. website) to give any of the affiliate money earned to charity. *BUT*, I do give a chunk of my own personal income to charity so if I have to spend less on the servers, software, designers, etc. for this site, I have more to give to charity. So directly, no. Indirectly, yes =).

  6. dose the ps3 play ps2 games? if so how do you get them 2 work?

  7. @ steve
yes, SOME PS3’s play PS2 games, it depends what gig it is. check on the playstation site or google.

  8. What about Australians who want to help this fine websites
