Borderland’s was one of our favourite first-person shooters of 2009. Since its release we’ve been treated to two deep, distinctive and thoroughly enjoyable add-ons for Gearbox Software’s stylised sci-fi gunslinger and to our delight, as Joystiq writes, another is on the way.

The Secret Armoury of General Knoxx will introduce a host of never-before-seen enemies contained within a fresh environment of considerable size. We can look forward to tackling new missions and challenges that offer ample opportunities to level-up character abilities, and we’ll most likely discover some truly bad-ass weapons on our travels.
