EU PSN Update: 10/09/09
It’s that time again, folks, and you may or may not be disappointed. Alright, so that’s not particularly conclusive, but it’s entirely down to your own preferences whether or not this update will fulfil them. First up, we’ve got a new game from Tikgames, it’s a hidden object game called Interpol: The Trail of Dr. Chaos. We haven’t played it and haven’t heard much about it since…well, since it was revealed a long time ago, and it costs £7.99.
The brunt of the update comes in the form of demos; four of them. Fifa 10, Fat Princess, LittleBigPlanet and Katamari Forever. Those people who haven’t played LBP can finally get a taste of the cutesy platforming and fall in love with it like everyone else. Well, demos are free, so what have you go to lose, anyway? We’re certain any football-game fans will get the Fifa 10 demo regardless of whatever I say here, so I won’t bother.
Add-ons? Well, I’m glad you asked – Pain has got a new character. George Takei. Yes, you know him from Star Trek. Seriously. High Velocity Bowling gets 3 packs for 79p each; Back To School Ball Pack, Graphic Pattern Ball Pack, Heather Haughtfer Pack.
In other news, whilst we may have missed out on dynamic themes last week due to SCEE running out of time, we are getting them this week – including a free Wipeout HD theme that is quite excellent. The other two dynamic themes we’re getting is a LBP one and a Motorstorm one, for £1.59 each. For the list of everything else in the update, go see VG247.
