I do.  I’m dreadful at this game.  I assume it’s the game’s fault - I’ve hammered all sort of RTS games in my time, this RTS-lite shouldnt be a problem for me. Yet I’m rubbish at this.  After having the game for 4 months I’ve only been able to progress past the third level of EASY because my fellow PS3Vault writer Ed took me through it bit by bit, while I followed his instructions like a blind, drunken, idiot, sheep.

Possibly as a result of sensing the depth of my humiliation of having to ask for help, via the power of thier in-house psychics (all developers have those, honestly), PixelJunk have announced a “difficulty option” for Monsters - “The patch will add Easy, Medium, Hard, and Expert modes to PixelJunk Monsters. These new modes will only be available in offline play, though, as Q-Games will be keeping the current difficulty setting for online play in order to maintain fairness in the rankings.”

There is also news of a patch for PixelJunk Eden - perhaps it’s some kind of block to stop it dissapearing up its own arse.
