If you were hoping for some more below-zero massive-bug-shooting in the form of Lost Planet 2 coming to your PS3, then you’re about to be disappointed.
VG247 have the press release from Capcom saying that the game will be 360 only. Of course, the first was 360 exclusive, too – until it was ported to PS3. [...]

…In Japan, of course. The Japanese PS3 version only, unfortunately, the other versions will follow later (i.e. probably not 2009). The director and writer of the game, Motomu Toriyama, told Famitsu that ‘Development is going favourable for the 2009 launch’.

Sony made an interesting announcement as its Destination PlayStation even in the USA today… major PS3 franchise LittleBigPlanet and Motorstorm, alongside other franchises will be heading to the PSP!

Vin Diesel’s latest venture into gaming territory and the sequel to the phenomenal Escape From Butcher Bay, Chronicle of Riddick: Dark Athena has been dated for both the US and EU: April 7th and April 24th, respsectively. A demo will be released on the Playstation Store and XBLA in sometime in March.

The folks at Nielsen have put down their remote controls and apparently stopped for a minute to ponder things more important than how many people watched American Idol last night. Criterion confirmed today that the Burnout Paradise Legendary Cars Pack will released… this Thursday! That was rather sudden, wasn’t it?
