There were rumours some time ago about Sony looking into a controller that would break apart (in a good way). Seem this has become more solid with the release of patent information on a design for a controller that can sense motion…and have click on parts

A good week this week, that’s for sure. The Mirror’s Edge demo is undoubtedly the major highlight of this week updates. Special mention has to go to the Siouxsie and the Banshees track pack for Rock Band as well, just because I’m such a big fan.

This week sees the running of the second London Games Festival, in…er London. It’s not quite E3 (possibly a good thing these days) or TGS but it has a certain charm to it. I’ve been to a few events so far and bring news of hands-on play and a possible rumour bust…

The US PS Blog has just be updated with a post by MotorStorm: Pacific Rift director Nigel Kershaw, who has announced that the development team on the game, Evolution will be aiming to provide downloadable content for the game on a week basis… and a large amount of it will presumable be free.

For those of us who’ve aquired a copy of LBP before the delay, there has been an update for the game that would (hopefully) end the controversy over one of the soundtracks.
