Once a dominant force in the gaming market, Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) - or Pro Evo as it's more commonly known nowadays - in my opinion, has seemingly conceded defeat to its main football-simulation rival in recent years. That rival being the fully licensed, big budget and vastly improving FIFA series that has been thriving since the arrival of the PlayStation 3. This all comes as a disappointment to loyal PES fans that cling desperately to the hope that the series still has more to offer....perhaps in the form of Pro Evo 2011 there is renewed hope!

Desperate to change your PSN ID? You're probably not the only one. Earlier in the week it was reported that some hackers discovered that a feature that allows you to change your PSN ID is hidden in PlayStation Plus, which has some of us thinking that it may be an exclusive feature for the PlayStation Plus subscribers in the distant future.

Sony has now responded to this claim.

It's been no secret that Splinter Cell: Conviction may appear on the PS3, however a few leaks have nearly confirmed  that Conviction will appear on the PS3.

According to the resume of Ubisoft 3D Animator Michael Donnell, a PlayStation 3 version of Splinter Cell: Conviction is listed. This isn’t the first time it’s been listed on an Ubisoft staffer’s resume. GamesRadar also took the liberty of predicting when they think Splinter Cell: Conviction will arrive on PS3.

According to Official PlayStation Magazine, a "Massive Sequel" will be announced in next month's issue. Luckily, OPM has revealed a significant clue. The "Massive Sequel" is a racing game that may challenge GT5's racing crown.

Straight from OPM, "We’ve seen a top-secret driving game that may threaten GT5’s racing crown. More next month – be excited.”

What it could it be? Could it be Motorstorm 3, Need For Speed, or Burnout?
