Valve Looking to Assemble a Talented PS3 Team

Whilst Valve have previously criticised the console for it's architecture, now they're just saying that they need new people to code for it. Talking to Joystiq at a Left 4 Dead 2, Doug Lombardi said;

'we have to get people under our roof who are dedicated, talented PS3 guys and then all bets are off. We can take the same sort of strides and get the quality out of the box and offer the same support post-launch on that platform, as well.'

Nice of them to see sense - ignoring a market so large would be a stupid mistake. So could this mean Left 4 Dead 2 PS3? Well, probably not, though we suppose a late port could be possible. Left 4 Dead 3 PS3, however, is much more likely.

Oh, it's finally that time, folks: Team Ico are going to unveil their next game at E3, says QJ. If you've played Ico or Shadow of the Colossus on the PS2, then there's a very good chance that you've been dying to see their next game. Team Ico: "Soon You'll See"

Shuhei Yoshida has given VG247 a clear hint that Sony are getting ready to announce Team Ico's next game, possibly even at this year's TGS.

When asked specifically if Team Ico's next game would be announced at the Tokyo Game Show this year, Yoshida said; “I cannot tell,”

“But I can say that they’ve been working very hard since the release of Shadow of the Colossus."
