TGS 2010: ICO, Shadow of the Colossus HD coming to PS3

According to the latest publication of Famitsu, Ico and Shadow of the Colossus look to be receiving the remastering treatment. No details were given for a US or EU release, however the Japanese market looks to be getting them separately, rather than in a collection.

Expect a more official unveiling later today in Japan, or later tonight in the US.

Shadow of the Colossus. LittleBigPlanet. Put them together and you've got what is, presumably, the next level pack for LBP - Shadow of the Colossus. It doesn't get much better than that. You can watch the teaser trailer here. It's amusing, as you'd expect from LBP. Go watch it already!

In case you aren't aware of it, Shadow of the Colossus was the sequel to Ico, and is the prequel to The Last Guardian (Trico). It was, like Ico, a beautiful PS2 game that delivered in gameplay as well as graphics, pushing the PS2 to visual you could barely believe at the time. It coming to LBP can only be a good thing.
