EU PlayStation Store Update (8th September 2010)

PSNStoreBanner

It's Wednesday and time for the EU PlayStation Store update.

Mike Kebby writes: "So, onto the matter at hand: telling you folks what content we have this week.  This week for you PS3 owners we have two full games available. The classic franchise Worms returns, with more madcap action. Who honestly would have thought all those years ago that a turn-based game featuring worms and a huge collection of insane weaponry would have captured our imaginations so completely? I have lost many, many hours through the years on various Worms titles, and now I’m so pleased to be able to the same all over again with Worms 2: Armageddon."

To view the full list of content hit the break, and remember to let us know what you think in the comment section.

Lucasarts have announced that Fracture, Day 1 Studio's shooter that features, will be getting a demo on PSN and XBLA on the 18th September.

The demo will have a small portion of the game's single player, giving us the opportunity to use terrain deformation for puzzle-solving, creating cover and, hopefully, crushing enemies under pieces of mountain.

That's it, start waiting.

PlayTV: 19th September

TSA have said that PlayTV is due out on the 19th September (in the UK, France, Italy, Spain and Germany), for £69.99. PlayTV is the Europe-only (for the moment, at least) digital TV viewer for the PS3 that lets you record programs, all through some rather nice looking menus - so think Sky+ but spiffier looking.
