VGA 2010: Two announcements revealed

biowarevgaimage1-1024x435

Geoff Keighley, host of Spike Tv’s VGA's has announced via his Twitter account two of the exclusive announcements that will appear at this year's Video Game Awards.

The first announcement is the official gameplay reveal of Batman: Arkham City, while the other announcement is a mystery title from Bioware.

If I had to take an educated guess based on the teaser picture, I would guess that Bioware is prepping for a Mass Effect 3 announcement, or a spin-off title inflenced by the Mass Effect universe.

Where's Rapture? Here's the catch, Columbia is set above the sea, and even ground level. Mountains maybe? No, think higher. Yes, Columbia is set in the sky where buildings are seemingly held up by clouds.

It just so happens that Irrational Games was kind enough to release a trailer to wet our appetite. Hit the break and let us know what you think in the comment section. Read more »

inFAMOUS 2 on the horizon?

inFAMOUS Banner

According to Scrawlfx.com, "the latest issue of  Portugal’s PlayStation: The Official Magazine is teasing the reveal of inFAMOUS 2 in their next issue."  While this isn't confirmed, it's certainly likely given the picture appearing at the end of the magazine(check it out on the bottom of the article).

Like Sal at Scrawlfx.com, I share his concern that E3 may become over-saturated with sequels. Sony looks to have an overwhelming amount of titles in development.
