Why Is Qore Exclusive To The US?

Don't get me wrong. I don't like having to spending money to unlock extra features. But what I dislike more than having to cough up the cash is missing out. Us Brits, as well as the rest of Europe, are disconnected from the Qore community. When I first heard about Qore, I didn't think that much of it, it seemed like a small, meaningless feature.

However, episode two has recently been released, and here are the features included in the most recent episode:
