EU Playstation Plus content for October revealed

For all of you nay-sayers who don't think they can justify spending £40 on a year's subscription to some of the best content available on the PS Store for free, then you might wanna rethink your ideas.

This month's content should easily be enough to draw you into the fray, with the entire 5-part series of Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse (worth £20 on its own), the PSOne classic Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee, as well as two great minis - Echoes and Vector Tower Defence - which are well worth it if you've got a PSP. This, as well as a slew of discounts and free downloadable content, is a bargain in itself for £40, and you'll be getting another 11 months of worthy content for your money. PSN ID Change? Sony Responds to Claims

Desperate to change your PSN ID? You're probably not the only one. Earlier in the week it was reported that some hackers discovered that a feature that allows you to change your PSN ID is hidden in PlayStation Plus, which has some of us thinking that it may be an exclusive feature for the PlayStation Plus subscribers in the distant future.

Sony has now responded to this claim.
