Our relationship with United Front Games’ ModNation Racers is a complicated one. As our review confirms, we love the game for its (and I quote) “no-rules racing, frenzied kart combat, and thorough yet user-friendly content creation capabilities”. However, as time has gone on we’ve grown frustrated with the game's lengthy loading times, unreliable servers and unforgiving Career Mode. Fortunately, these flaws have been realised and will soon be resolved, says Sony.

SCEA has announced that a second patch for MLB 10: The Show will be released tomorrow. It is likely the patch is a response to community complaints regarding Franchise Mode and freezes online.

In spite of all it's problems, Socom: Confrontation is getting patched to version 1.6. For those that still play, this should be a welcome addition to a online experience that has been hampered with technical issues."We are happy to announce that Patch 1.6 will be available for download tomorrow, December 10th at 2am PST (5am EST, 4am CST, 3am MST, 10am GMT, 7pm JST). Please note that the server will not be available during the update but should be available within 1 hour of the release time.". As a special bonus, the patch also includes some DLC, perhaps as a token of peace to the fans. I can't imagine, they are thrilled to patch Socom: Confronation again.
