EU PlayStation Store Update (7th July 2010)

It's Wednesday and time for the EU PlayStation Store update.

Mike Kebby writes, "As one more week passes by, one more week of fresh store content is here to greet you; don’t you love this routine we have. I set out our wares, and you come along and loiter in the aisles, and touch all the merchandise leaving fingerprints everywhere, and then go on your merry way. Sometimes you may even gently abuse me too. It’s all so familiar, and when I’m not around like last week I do miss it. So it’s a pleasure to be back this week."

Marvel DLC coming to LittleBigPlanet

LittleBigPlanet, though marvellous, has thus far been Marvel-less. While we’ve been happy enough dressing our Sackboys and Sackgirls as animals, Incredibles, Solid Snake, Judge Dredd and Jack Sparrow, this hasn’t stopped the LBP community crying out for a tribute to Marvel Comics’ iconic characters. On July 7th, their pleas (and ours) will be answered.

LittleBigPlanet 2 inbound?

According to a twitter post made by clectronic musician Ochre, LittleBigPlanet 2 is in development. Ochre revealed that he has licensed a song called "Infotain Me" to Sony for LittleBigPlanet 2. Given that Sony recently purchased Media Molecule, the franchise will continue to be PlayStation 3 exclusive. Read more »
