VG247 says fl0wer will be released onto PSN on the 19th of February. Other details, like what territories will get it and what the price will be, are unknown.

What isn't unknown, though, is that it looks brilliant, it's a sequel-of-sort to fl0w, and David Jaffe thinks it's one of the most emotional games of all time.
