It seems like ConsoleShop.be has some PSN cards that they expect to be delivered on 1st October. It seems that there's cards €20 and €50. We think we could do with some smaller cards than that, but it's better than nothing. Note that the PSP Go also releases on 1st October, which may well turn out to be a fateful day for PSN.

However, Edge asked Sony, who said they were actually Photoshopped versions of the US PSN Cards, who have had them for ages (lucky buggers). They didn't deny that cards would be coming to EU lands though, so there is still a shaft of hope breaking through the leafless canopy of uncertainty.

That was a little bit melodramatic, wasn't it? Regardless, we'll keep this firmly in rumour until we get something more concrete - like a confirmation.

Fallout 3 Banner

Oh yes, we're in business Playstation 3-owning Fallout 3 fans; we will be getting all that DLC those Microsofties have been getting, as well as another two that all the systems will be getting, though the PS3 will only start to get them after the first three expansions have been released.

Operation Anchorage will be released onto PSN in late June, followed by the Pitt and Broken Steel 4-6 weeks apart. The other two DLC packs come in the form of a massive swampland area called Point Lookout, which includes new quests and content, and the opportunity to experience an alien abduction in Mothership Zeta.

Yes, aliens and swamp monsters. You can't really ask for more than that, but Bethesda is giving more anyway. In addition to all of this, you'll be able to buy a Game of the Year Edition in shops, too, for £39.99 on consoles, or £29.99 for PCs.

Katamari Banner

Katamari has been avoiding PSN for ages, but that is to end soon, because Katamari Forever is finally going to hit the PS3. Katamari Forever should hit this fall, and, of course, has a nice, quirky, strange plot to go along with it. The King of the Cosmos has been knocked unconscious, apparently, so the Prince takes it upon himself to build a robotic replacement. Obviously.

There will be 30 levels, some of which will be remakes of classic levels from previous games, local multiplayer (no online) and, presumably, lots of rolling. Good stuff.
