Oh yes, we're in business Playstation 3-owning Fallout 3 fans; we will be getting all that DLC those Microsofties have been getting, as well as another two that all the systems will be getting, though the PS3 will only start to get them after the first three expansions have been released.

Operation Anchorage will be released onto PSN in late June, followed by the Pitt and Broken Steel 4-6 weeks apart. The other two DLC packs come in the form of a massive swampland area called Point Lookout, which includes new quests and content, and the opportunity to experience an alien abduction in Mothership Zeta. 

Yes, aliens and swamp monsters. You can't really ask for more than that, but Bethesda is giving more anyway. In addition to all of this, you'll be able to buy a Game of the Year Edition in shops, too, for £39.99 on consoles, or £29.99 for PCs. 

For all  you Fallout fans, there's a new chapter in the hit series coming out in 2010. Bethesda announced the upcoming title in a press conference today in London. It will be released on the PS3, PC and Xbox 360. Bethesda's Pet Hines would not reveal any other details of the project other than to say it's in the works. One thing we do know is that the game is being developed by Obsidian, the team behind the RPG Neverwinter Knights 2 and that it will use the same engine as Fallout 3.

Normally I wouldn't be the one to complain about issues. However after the patch which supposedly fixed many of the issues including the goat glitch, notification gitch etc.

I have been experiencing tons of freezing to the point where I am afraid to play it on my PS3. It's not completely unheard of especially during this generation that games come shipped with bugs. The sheer amount of bugs in Fallout 3 is totally unacceptable. Post patch I have experienced at least 1 freeze every single time I play. Read more »

Fallout 3, which we reviewed here, has finally been patched. The download is 24mb and raises the version number to 1.10. Amongst the patch's changes are messages no longer causing the game to freeze like me in a room full of girls, and, wait for it...Fifty (50) shiny new trophies to get your mits on (which have caused me to restart the game).

If you don't have this game yet, you really should go and get it. Now. There is really no reason not to own it anymore.
