Firmware 3.10 went live earlier today, bringing with it Facebook integration facilities, a colour palette for your gamercard, and a more convenient way to view and manage pictures and photographs. However, nothing was mentioned about the return of error code [80022A07].

For anyone who has yet to encounter error code [80022A07], this alphanumeric nuisance signifies a trophy synchronisation failure, and prevents you from accessing your profile. Aside from being mildly annoying, this error immediately makes it impossible to change the colour of your gamercard. So that’s one new feature out the window until the issue is resolved.

Thankfully not everyone is experiencing the problems we are, as per the Official PlayStation Forums, but hopefully the powers that be will sort this out before we dust off the hammer.
