Sony motion controller dubbed “Move”

There you have it, folks. At the Sony segment of the GDC, Sony has officially given “Arc” a name – The PlayStation Move. Seems kind of like an obvious name for a motion controller, but I suppose it also succinctly explains its purpose.

The PlayStation Move will come bundled with a PlayStation Eye, a game and the controller itself for under $100. We also learned that PlayStation Move will also be bundled with PS3's, for the ultimate gaming package.

Rumors: PS3 Motion Controller Named

The PS3 Motion Controller, once rumored to be named the ‘Gem’, is a Wiimote/Natal hybrid controller that will be released sometime this spring. The Motion Controller is now rumored to be named the ‘Arc’, which we feel is a huge improvement over the previous name. Read more »
