Socom Confrontation Gets Patch 1.6

In spite of all it's problems, Socom: Confrontation is getting patched to version 1.6. For those that still play, this should be a welcome addition to a online experience that has been hampered with technical issues."We are happy to announce that Patch 1.6 will be available for download tomorrow, December 10th at 2am PST (5am EST, 4am CST, 3am MST, 10am GMT, 7pm JST). Please note that the server will not be available during the update but should be available within 1 hour of the release time.". As a special bonus, the patch also includes some DLC, perhaps as a token of peace to the fans. I can't imagine, they are thrilled to patch Socom: Confronation again. Are you European and looking for repetitive battling over large battlefields with enemies than can't help but pop-in 2 inches in front of your face? Well, you're lucky then, as Dynasty Warriors 6 has a Euro release date. 26th June. The game will feature tactical elements and allow you to create your own hero, which is a first for the series. Sounds decent, now commence your thumb twiddling. We've got the boxart too, you can see it after the break.

Tekken 6 to Feature Destructible Environments

Tekken 6 may have gone multiplatform, but it doesn't really matter. Who cares, right? Besides, when it features things like this, you won't care, because the game still looks like it's going to be great.

Tekken 6 will introduce destructible environments, specifically walls and floors. So you can break through a wall into a new section of the level, or you can break through the floor and drop down to another section entirely. It looks great.
