SCEA Social Media Manager Jeff Rubenstein has, via the US PS Blog, announced that a PlayStation podcast is currently a work-in-progress, following hundreds of requests from the PlayStation community in recent months.
However, as Churchill once did, Rubenstein needs you! To ensure Sony gets the ‘syndication’ just right, a poll has been published asking for feedback from [...]

Today is my birthday. At the ripe old age of 25, I feel no different to how I felt after turning 24, but like most birthdays this morning I’ve been overwhelmed with text messages, emails, cards and presents as a way of congratulating me on surviving this far in life. Only kidding.
So I’m wondering what news [...]

We at PS3Vault.com would be interested to know how many members of the PS3 community are considered by Sony to be a favourite customer.
Emails are currently being distributed to certain individuals on the PlayStation Network, thanking them for their enthusiasm and commitment as a loyal PSN supporter and PlayStation Store customer. As it happens, I got one this morning.
But don’t get [...]

After a ridiculously long wait, we may finally see PlayStation Network cards arrive in Europe. Asian markets have had them for ages, the US and Canada caught up months ago, but so far the poor Europeans have been left out of the loop altogether. Needless to say, PS3 gamers in the EU without the use of [...]

As reported by Media Week, SCEE has announced plans to launch a PlayStation Network video delivery service this November for PS3 and PSP users in France, Germany, Spain and the UK, with other territories to follow in 2010.

John Koller, Sony’s Director of Hardware Marketing, has been kind enough to address a number of frequently-asked questions that have passed gamers’ lips of late (concentrating on the approaching PS3 Slim, unsurprisingly) in an interview with Ars Technica.
We’ll leave you to have a read for yourselves, rather than detail Koller’s words in full here. However, [...]

First up in our news catch-up, SCEE have confirmed that they’re going to have a 3 (three) hour conference at GamesCon in Cologne in August. What does this mean? Well, everyone there reporting it is going to run out of battery power, but other than that, it means they’ve got big things planned.
