I doubt he’ll be eating bat heads on stage but hopefully the look and feel will be accurate. Activision has confirmed that Ozzy Osbourne will be a character in Guitar Hero: World Tour.

The guitar will have a touch pad on the neck just below the normal five fret buttons and lets you tweak lenghty notes and also slap the bass (”I can call you Eddie, and Eddie when you call me you can caaaalll meeee Aaaaaaaaaal”)

You know… the God of War Guitar Hero III track alone makes up for what is undoubtedly a very quite week for the European PlayStation Store, amongst other Guitar Hero tracks and a number of decent demos.
