Square Enix has just released the seven minute trailer of Final Fantasy XIII that was showcased at the Tokyo Game Show over the weekend.
Check it out below. It’s rather nice.

As Gamoc reported way back in May, the PS3 was meant to be getting Fallout 3 DLC in late June. It never appeared.
DLC has been out for PC and Xbox 360 for months now and even got a few releases on physical media but nothing for PS3. For months now I, like many others, have [...]

A bounty of new Final Fantasy XIII features have appeared today, so we’re combining both articles into this one. It saves time and space, after all. First up, the controls have been detailed on Kotaku, complete with a picture of the Dual Shock 3 labelled with the actions the buttons do. Granted, that’s all in [...]

As the title suggests, new screenshots of Final Fantasy XIV have been released into the World Wide Web, along with the alpha footage that was on show at Gamescom. Does anyone know what this Gamescom thing is that everyone’s been talking about?
While we try to suppress our sarcasm, head over to Joystiq.com and have a gander [...]

Love Fat Princess, but hate the buggy online mode? Well worry no more, because the 1.02 patch is out now and it will fix all your problems. well, at least all your problems in the game. The patch is available in the US and should be rolled out to the EU next week sometime, so [...]

As soon as Fat Princess was released, we hurried and bought it, despite the £12 price tag. It’s been a long road up to release on which we’ve been watching gameplay videos from the beta like our life depended on it (it doesn’t, that would be weird). It’s possibly our most anticipated game this month, [...]

If you’ve bought Fat Princess (and you should have), you’ve probably noticed the online issues. A large chunk of users have been experiencing lag, whilst another large chunk just haven’t even been able to connect to any online games. Frustrating, of course, but help is at hand – Titan Studios are working on a patch [...]

We’ve got a double-barrel of EU Home news for you today, courtesy of the EU PS Blog. First up, Motorstorm 2: Pacific Rift will be getting game launching. There’s also a promise of more MotorStorm/Home news ’soon’, whenever that is.
However, the second piece of news is much more interesting. The Event Space is set to [...]

Fat Princess has been dated and priced, and we’re now looking forward to this week’s store update. The game will release this Thursday all over the world. That’s 3 days. It’s going to cost you $15 if you’re American, and, whilst prices in other regions haven’t been confirmed, it’s probably around £10 and €15 if previous [...]

Our sister site The Gaming Vault has loads of detailed gameplay information for Front Mission Evolved, from their exclusive interview with Square Enix and Double Helix at this year’s E3.
“One of the things we are really excited about Front Mission is piloting the Wanzer but also the on foot missions. Connecting with your pilot, Dylan, [...]

ThatGameCompany, the guys behind the brilliant Fl0w and Flower, are going to be freed from their exclusivity deal with Sony after their next title, says TSA. There’ll be nothing stopping them from moving over to the 360 or the Wii, the latter of which is most likely, as they seem to have an attachment to [...]

Front Mission Evolved has been announced for PS3, PC and Xbox 360. It’s a third person shooter, apparently, which is…’different’…to the previous games, which were turn-based strategies. We do not support this decision.
You can watch the CGI E3 trailer here.

Oh yes, we’re in business Playstation 3-owning Fallout 3 fans; we will be getting all that DLC those Microsofties have been getting, as well as another two that all the systems will be getting, though the PS3 will only start to get them after the first three expansions have been released.
Operation Anchorage will be released onto [...]

Whilst Square Enix said they won’t be bringing the blu-ray demo of FFXIII to the west, they meant the ‘blu-ray’ part rather than the demo. They’re checking the possibility of bringing it as a downloadable, which will surely make a large chunk of the PS3-owning population very happy indeed.
Yoshinori Kitase, producer of the game, told [...]

According to TSA, the Final Fantasy XIII demo is not in native 1080p. The cutscenes are, but the actual gameplay is upscaled from 720p, which is a little disappointing or a little uninteresting, depending on who you are. The game will probably still be phenomenal, so it’s not that important, but you just know that [...]
