While this doesn’t rack up as the latest must have Playstation 3 title, or a system wide altering uber-update, this is certainly a story to file under “Keep an Eye on”.  Jerry Bruckheimer, producer and creator of the popular CSI stable of shows and the Pirates of the Caribbean movies to name but a few is teaming up with MTV games to develop and create brand new video games.

This has got to excite just about every media loving person out there with a pulse.  Jerry will be putting together a no doubt formidable team to take us all further into the worlds he lets up play in, and with the full backing of the mighty MTV network, the hype on these things come release day is going to be second to none.

Certainly one to watch and has got to be further testament that the video games market, with the Playstation 3 front and centre, is maturing and becoming ever more omnipresent every time we stop to watch it’s growth.
