Blu-ray winning next-gen format war?

Recent market research report from Nielsen VideoScan shows that
Blu-ray movies are outselling HD-DVD moves by 2 to 1 as of January 7th. By the end of January 14th, the Blu-ray movies were outselling HD-DVD movies by close to 3 to 1 ratio. The sale of HD-DVD and Blu-ray movies were are about even toward the end of December. However, the increased supplies of PS3 have increased the sale of Blu-ray discs. The PS3 shipped with a free Blu-ray movie as well as a coupon for Blu-ray movies. With continued rollout of PS3 across the globe, the Blu-ray’s position in next format war should strengthen.
