Yes! It is confirmed. The multiplayer for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 starts November 19, exclusively for the PS3.
This was confirmed by the associate producer Gordon Van Dyke “We’re excited to announce that our forthcoming multiplayer beta is coming exclusively to PS3, so you’ll have a chance to experience all the action, destruction, and vehicular warfare ahead of our full release in March 2010”.  Check the announcement video here.
According to the announcement from EA Games the players are going to enjoy the huge "Arica Harbour" map using "Rush" game mode in which 24 players compete to secure valuable crates using vehicles and infantry combat. The full game will feature four multiplayer modes.
